The first, of course was the Five Mile Grange Pancakes with Santa. 
Hard to believe there were no criers in the Hamilton crew this year. They all willingly sat on his lap and talked to him!
When we got there, Olivia saw this doll and told me she wanted it. I had to explain that it was a drawing and we could put her name in the bag, but that didn’t mean she would get it. After pancakes (notice the chocolate on her face :) we went upstairs for the drawing and believe it or not, Olivia won the doll! It was a Christmas miracle!
Then one night, we heard the fire trucks go by our house with the sirens on. Lo and behold, they were warning us that Santa was on his way down the street! You know you live in a small town when the fire truck pulls Santa around the neighborhoods to see the kids!
