A while ago, we went to a Spokane Shock Football game and I saw this cutie named Kaila that used to be one of my gymnasts. In the program I noticed that the Shock dancers put on a camp for kids and I just had to sign Sydney up. It was a good experience, two days of dance camp followed by a half-time performance at a game. 
Backstage, Sydney was a little nervous. I have never seen her like this about dance, but once they ran through the routine she was ready to go! (Hard to see but she has on the short black shorts and an orange headband)

It was so fun to reconnect with Kaila, and good timing too, she moved to Denver two weeks later (I’ll be watching for her on the court at the Nuggets games where she'll be dancing this year!)
Derek also loved the game, mostly he was obsessed with Shox the Fox!
